Westminster does not have real estate specific language in their sign ordinance. REALTORS® are advised that, "Signs shall be allowed on private property in the city in accordance with Table A. Under no circumstances will a sign be allowed unless it also conforms to the adopted design standards, and with the applicable requirements of Section 15.40.100."
