Open House Signs

Signs advertising private residences as open for inspection, intended for prospective buyers, may not be placed on public rights of way, but may be placed upon private property subject to the consent of the owner, lessee, or legal occupant of the property upon which the sign is located. Such signs are unlimited in number, but may not exceed six square feet in area.
